Carol is the managing director of Hensmans Milton Keynes.
A highly experienced award winning hairdresser, Carol's career has had many highlights including taking part in live stage events at Salon International, having her photographic work published and working at London Fashion Week.
Since joining Hensmans in 2011 she has been a member of the Artistic Team, a role that continues to this day, and as a qualified NVQ assessor, works within our academy. She has helped to mould the skills of many of the stylists working at Hensmans today.
More recently, in 2017, Carol took up the role of Director and now focuses on running the Milton Keynes salon, using her creative experience and training expertise to motivate and develop the Milton Keynes team, working with them to deliver brand values and dedication to great service.

Sharley is a very experienced mens and ladies stylist and expert colourist.
Sharley joined Hensmans in 2016 and with a number of years experience before she came to us was a great addition to the team. Her calm, caring and professional nature makes her a great listener when assessing your hairdressing needs. Sharley is passionate about all aspects of hairdressing, and has an eye for colour, in developing her colouring work she has grown a loyal following of clients who value her excellence, knowledge and attention to detail.
Sharley has her NVQ level 2 and 3 qualification and her Schwarzkopf Colour Master degree.

Victoria is an Established Stylist.
Victoria has been with Hensmans for 5 years. Her skill and knowledge have grown enormously in that time and she has become a busy, popular stylist, gaining promotion along the way that reflects her added experience and expertise.
She is a very caring person with a particular love of colouring and styling and focused on making clients feel great about themselves.

Having completed her NVQ in our training school and passed her hairdressing exams with distinctions, Millie is a talented and engaging stylist and meticulous colourist, with an eye for detail. As she has recently returned from maternity leave to persue her love of hairdressing, her appointments may take a little longer.

Ellie came through our training academy and completed her Hairdressing qualification in August 2024. She has continued to gain experience and perfect her craft, becoming an excellent all round stylist. Ellie is a very capable, friendly and caring new talent, who is focused on customer service.

A second year apprentice, Cameron is preparing to take his hairdressing exams and become a stylist. He is a perfectionist with a natural flair for hairdressing and his enthusiasm is infectious. He is currently taking bookings for haircuts in our training academy.

As the newest addition to the Hensmans family, Summer is in the first year of her apprenticeship. Quietly determined, Summer is a talented and diligent member of the team who is steaming through her hairdressing qualification and definitely one to watch. She is currently taking bookings for colour and haircuts in our training academy.
