	After 30 years in the business they are still passionate about hairdressing, dedicated to service and leading their team of 40 hairdressers to exceed their client expectations. Working together they establish a set of individual and team goals to achieve success in this fast moving creative industry. They strive to achieve a balance between creativity and business, and see their Investors in People status for the last 9 years as an important benchmark.
