Gemma has already carved out a strong career for herself in all areas of the hairdressing industry, from salon and creative work to education as a City & Guilds internal verifier. As a Director and Artistic Director of Hensmans, Gemma manages and educates a team of 40 staff. Her work is regularly featured in top consumer hair titles and in the UK’s leading trade journals. As a previous member of the Schwarzkopf Young Artistic Team, she has now been selected by Schwarzkopf Professional as an ambassador for their Essensity range and Essential Looks. Gemma has also been responsible for leading the team to victory by winning the Schwarzkopf Creative Team Awards 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008.
